摘要
反腐倡廉建设是高校科学发展的有力保障。天津师范大学通过搭建多方位的信息化、数字化管理平台,形成廉政风险防控软件系统,完善审计内控制度,从而增强制度的执行力,并且使制度执行有了程序保证,有效地提高了高校廉政风险防控的科学性、准确性和客观性,不断创新权力运行制约机制。
The construction of combating corruption and building a clean government is the guarantee of sustainable development of universities.Tianjin Normal University continuously innovates the right operating restrictive mechanism by giving full play of the talents and depending on science and technology.Through building multi-,informative,digital management platform,a software system of preventing corrupt risks is formed and audit internal control system is perfected so as to enhance the implementation of institutions and effectively improve corrupt risks prevention in universities scientifically,correctly and objectively.
