摘要
科研水平反映了一所高校的办学水平。高校学报作为学校主办的、以反映本校科研和教学成果为主的学术理论刊物,其性质决定了学报与高校科研存在着相互促进、相得益彰的关系。学报在培育科研学术新人、推动高校科学研究、加速学位点建设等方面发挥了不可替代的作用。学报通过引导学术争鸣、培育学术栏目主持人、培养学者型编辑等方式推动科研人才的培养。
The level of scientific research reflects the level of an institute of higher education.University-sponsored journals are academic publications which reflect our scientific research and teaching achievements.Therefore,there is close relations between the journals and research work which have promote each other and bring out the best in each other.University Journals play the irreplaceable role in cultivating academic learners,developing scientific research and speeding up the construction of the laureation unit.University Journals promote the cultivation of scientific research personnel in the way of guiding the academic debates,cultivating academic column responsible persons and training scholarly editors.
