摘要
从形式和实质两个层面界定农民工市民化的内涵,从需求和供给两种路径来探讨农民工市民化的逻辑机理。农民工市民化的实现需要政府进行渐进式户籍制度改革,并将嵌入户籍背后的一系列权益剥离,还要制定配套的政策解决好农民工落户后融入城市的问题。
This essay defines the connotation of the citizenship of peasant workers in the aspects of form and essence as well as probing into its logic mechanism in the aspects of demand and supply.Its realization requires the gradual reform of the household registration system implemented by the government,the stripping of the rights and interests embedded in the household register,and the establishment of supporting policies to integrate peasant workers into cities after their settlements.
