2型糖尿病合并肺癌的流行病学、危险因素及发病机制的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 糖尿病也是常见病、多发病,2型糖尿病占据本病群体之大多数（占95%）。肺癌已成为发病率和死亡率增长最快、严重危害人类健康和生命的恶性肿瘤。近年来同时患2型糖尿病和恶性肿瘤的老年人人数在不断增加,在2型糖尿病患者中发生各种恶性肿瘤的危险性比正常人群大大增加。有研究显示,2型糖尿病患者恶性肿瘤的发病率比正常人群的高2倍以上。国内有报道,肺癌在2型糖尿病患者恶性肿瘤的发病中居前3位,肺癌在2型糖尿病中并不少见。本文就2型糖尿病合并肺癌的流行病学、危险因素和可能的发病机制等方面的研究进展进行综述。
