模糊PID复合控制在异丙醇精馏过程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对异丙醇精馏过程具有非线性、强耦合、大滞后、随机干扰量大,以及难以建立精确数学模型的缺点,提出了一种模糊PID复合串级控制系统设计方案,主调节器由模糊控制器和PID控制器并行结合,采用基于梯形隶属函数的模糊切换完成两种控制器的无扰切换。该系统既能在动态过程中快速调节,又能在稳态过程中准确调节,在某化工厂的实际应用表明了该方案的正确性和实用性。 Considering the non-linearity,strong coupling,big time-delay,large random disturbance and the difficulty in establishing an accurate mathematical model for the distillation process,a cascade fuzzy PID control system was proposed,in which,the main controller combines the fuzzy and PID controls in parallel,the fuzzy switching based on trapezoidal membership function can switch automatically.The system can implement regulation fast in the dynamic process and accurately in the steady process.The application in a chemical plant proves its correctness and practicability.
