摘要
随着河南省畜牧业的发展及生产技术的不断进步,畜牧兽医领域对高素质人才的质量要求逐步提高,培养动物医学专业毕业生的创新精神和实践动手能力成为教育工作者必须面对的课题。针对动物医学专业实践教学的特点,对存在的问题进行了深入分析;并从人才培养方案、实验教学、教学实习、综合实践活动、培养创新意识、加强校内外实训基地功能等方面,提出了建设应用型本科教育的课程体系,突出实践能力培养在课程体系中的核心地位。同时从教师的教、学生的学和考核机制等方面提出相应措施,以加强动物医学专业应用型技术人才的培养。
With the development of animal husbandry in Henan province,as well as advances in production technology,quality requirements for excellent talents in animal husbandry and veterinary are gradually improved,graduates＇ innovative spirit and practical ability must be faced seriously by educators.This article discussed the characteristics of medical practice teaching,deeply analyzed the problems,from the training program,laboratory teaching,teaching practice,comprehensive practical activities,awareness of innovation,strengthening the internal and external training base functions and other aspects,proposed the construction of application-oriented education curriculum,highlighting the practical capacity-building in the heart of the curriculum system.From the teaching program,learning activities and assessment mechanisms,this article also put forward measurements to strengthen applied training of technical personnel in veterinary medicine profession.
