摘要
为给大麦种质资源的利用提供分子生物学依据,以甘肃省育成大麦品种陇啤1号(XYL-601)为对照,利用内部简单重复序列多态性(ISSR)分子标记技术分析了来自匈牙利的30份大麦种质资源的多样性。在31份大麦种质资源中,12条ISSR引物扩增出112个条带,其中多态性条带比率(PPB)为82.14%,扩增产物片段大小在0.2~1.5kb之间。通过聚类分析,将供试大麦种质资源分为2大类。本研究结果表明,匈牙利大麦遗传多样性水平较高,可以引进利用,为甘肃大麦育种提供资源基础。
The genetic diversity of 30 barley materials from hungary was analyzed using molecular marker,with the local barley specie as control,to provide biological information on utilization and breeding of barley germplasm.Inter-simple Sequence Repeated(ISSR) markers were applied to detect genetic diversity of 30 barley germplasm from Hungary.112 bands were amplified with 12 ISSR primers,with 82.14% polymorphic ones.The amplified DNA fragments were 0.2~1.5 kb in size.The constructed dendrogram showed that the 31 barley germplasm were clustered into two groups.There was a high genetic diversity in barley germplasm.The barley germplasm from Hungary could be used as breeding resources.
