摘要
目的:观察针灸治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法:选用特定穴公孙、内关、天枢、中脘、关元、足三里,用针刺及艾炷隔盐灸,实证采用泻法,虚证采用补法。结果:治愈48例,显效10例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率达93.94%。结论:针灸治疗消化性溃疡有其独特而显著的疗效,且注意饮食与生活习惯是防止本病复发的关键,是对中医"治未病"的体现。
Objectives： To investigate clinical efficacy of treating peptic ulcer in acupuncture. Methods： At the points ofgongsun, Neiguan, Tianshu, Zhongwan, guanyuan and Zu Sanli acupuncture and moxibustion were applied, and the methods of Xie and Bu were taken in treating syndromes of Shi and Xu. Results： 48 cases cured, 10 cases effective, 4 cases little effective, 4 cases no effects, the total efficiency reached to 93.94%. Conclusion： Treating peptic ulcer in acupuncture is effective, and the key point for recurrence is Diet and lifestyle
