摘要
为了实现印刷企业数字资产管理系统中数字资产的高效录入和检索,提高数字资产管理系统在印刷企业的使用率和应用水平,本文以DC元数据为基础,结合印刷企业实际生产管理状况,删除DC元数据中的版权等元素,增加印刷企业生产管理元素,首次构建了一套印刷企业数字资产元数据。并邀请印刷企业人员对元数据进行了主观评价,证明这套元数据设置合理,为提高印刷企业数字资产管理系统的适用性提供参考。
In order to realize the effective inputting and indexing digital assets of DAMS of printing enterprises and improve the usage rates and level of DAMS,based on DC metadata and combined with practical production management of print enterprise, some elements in DC metadata such as copyright were deleted and some print production management metadata were added.A set of digital assets metadata of print enterprise was established for the first time.It was proved that the digital assets metadata is reasonable by the subjective assessment of print workers.It will provide the reference for raising the applicability of digital assets management system in printing enterprise.
