摘要
自然地理环境和宗教信仰是藏族传统体育产生、形成的主要原因;抱石头、射箭、摔跤、赛牦牛、蔵棋、赛马等是藏族传统体育的代表性项目;每项藏族传统体育项目都有着久远的历史,发展过程中不同程度地受到年代和事件的影响,并以旺盛的生命力流传至今。
Natural environment and religious beliefs are the main causes of production and formation of Tibetan traditional sports. Lifting stone, archery, wrestling, game yak, KURA chess, horse racing and other sports are the representation of traditional Tibetan sports. Each Tibetan traditional sport has a long history and is impacted by the era and events at varying degrees in its development process, and its vitality has spread so far.
