摘要
目的探讨自体脂肪颗粒面部移植填充的临床效果。方法选择大腿后外侧作为供区，用注射器低负压法抽取自体脂肪颗粒，离心纯化后，采取多点、多层次的方式在受区进行注射移植。自2008年9月至2011年9月，共对78例患者行面部脂肪注射填充。结果本组共78例患者，术后随访3-12个月，所有患者面部轮廓和软组织充盈度得到了很好的改善，而且，注射区域的皮肤质地也得到极大的改观。结论自体脂肪颗粒注射移植是一种较理想的面部软组织填充方法，值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of autologous lipoinjection of the face. Methods The fat granule was harvested by liposuction with syringe from the lateral posterior thigh （ donor site）. Then the fat was injected into the face （recipient site） from multiple points and layers after centrifuged and purified. Totally 78 patients were performed facial lipoinjection in this study received from September 2008 to September 2011. Results After 3 to 12 months follow-up in all 78 cases, satisfactory results were received for the improved facial contour and skin texture. Conclusion Autologous lipoinjection is an optimal method for facial soft tissue augmentation. It is worth gpreading in clinic.
