摘要
介绍了铌换热管与管板的焊接难点及在焊接过程中的解决措施。探讨了不同焊接工艺参数对焊接接头质量的影响。结果表明,采用带焊接槽和贴胀的接头结构可以改变接头的导热边界条件,有利于铌换热管与管板的焊接;采用氩气和氦气的混合气体作保护气可以提高电弧挺度、电弧热效率和焊缝熔深。
The difficulties of present studies on welding columbium tube to columbium tube sheet were briefly reviewed.Effects of welding parameters on qualities of welding joints were analyzed.The results show that specific welding structures such as slot and expansion joint change the heat conduction boundary condition of welding joints which had positive effects on welding.He-Ar mixed gas,as shielding gas,can improve the arc stiffness,thermal efficiency and penetration.
