摘要
成功度评价法是项目后评价常用的方法之一,但是成功度评价法只能由评价专家给出定性评价结论。由于成功度评价法的评价体系具有灰色系统特征,在此基础上,本文对传统的成功度评价法进行改进。采用灰色关联度来确定评价指标的权重,并采用灰色统计方法来得出定量的评价结果。最后通过一个算例来说明改进方法的可行性和有效性。
Degree of success method is a common method of Post-evaluation,but the degree of success method only gives some qualitative evaluation results by evaluation experts.Due to evaluation index system of degree of success possess the character of grey system,on this basis,improve the tradition degree of success method in this paper.Using grey related degree calculate evaluation indexes weight,adopting grey statistical method quantitative conclude evaluation result.Finally,a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
