摘要
ⅡC级防爆电动云台的设计中,机械部分设计的好坏直接影响到云台的寿命和运行稳定性。主要论述了机械部分的设计方法和整体的防爆处理方法,ⅡC级防爆电动云台采用止口接合面、出轴处加铜套的方法有力保证了它的防爆性能。
In the design of IIC explosion-proof electric cardle head,the mechanical part design will have directly influence on life time and operating stability of the cardle head,the paper expounds the design method and whole explosion-proof handing of the mechanical parts.IIC explosion-proof electric cradle head uses spigot flameproof joint and axle outlet with brasses,which ensures its explosion-proof performance.
