摘要
提出了一种新型的永磁接触器,采用纳米双相复合永磁材料作为其吸合状态的保持力。并利用ANSOFT磁场有限元分析软件对380A纳米双相复合永磁材料接触器进行静态特性分析,结果能够得到此新型接触器的吸力特性与反力特性的良好配合。达到更加节能省材,稳定可靠的目的。为永磁接触器的设计提供了理论参考。
The paper puts forward a new type of permanent-magnet contactor,which adopts nanocrystalline two phase composite permanent-magnetic material as pick state retention.Use finite element analysis software of ANSOFT magnetic field to make static characteristic analysis of 380A nanocrystalline two-phase composite permanent-magnet contactor.The result is that the pull characteristic and the counter-force characteristic of the new contactor are of fine fit.It can a chieve more material saving and stable and reliable parpose.It can provide theoretical references for the permanent-magnet design.
