摘要 对川南某地煤系硫铁矿进行综合利用新工艺研究。通过全浮选流程选别,可得到含硫大于49%的高硫精矿。硫精矿沸腾焙烧制酸后,得到残硫小于0.2%、含铁大于64%的硫酸渣,可以用作炼铁原料,浮选尾矿可以作为建筑材料回收利用。 A study was made on new technology for comprehensive utilization of the coal derived pyrite of Sichuan south.The pyrite concentrate which is cleaned to the S grade of over 49% by the process of flotation is used to make acid.The TS content and TFe content of the acid making slag are less than0.2%and more than 64%respectively.Therefore,the pyrite slag can be used as raw material for iron making,the flotation tailings can be reutilized as constructional material.
