摘要
干扰素(IFN)α是目前一种对乙型肝炎病毒和丙型肝炎病毒感染比较有效的抗病毒治疗药物,但其不良反应限制了其应用范围。同时核苷(酸)类似物药物的耐药性目前已成棘手问题。在宿主对病毒的免疫反应中IFN-λs的作用已开始显现,深入理解IFN-λs对乙型肝炎和丙型肝炎的影响,有助于明确慢性病毒感染的机制,为临床抗病毒治疗提供新方法。现就IFN-λs与抗乙型肝炎和丙型肝炎的关系进行综述。
Interferon（IFN）α is a quite effective anti-viral medicine to HBV and HCV,however its adverse reaction has limited its application,and nucleoside analog′s drug resistance has become a tough problem.The function of IFN-λs in the host immune response to these viruses is beginning to be revealed.Deeper understanding of how IFN-λs influences HBV or HCV persistence is not only important for identifying the mechanisms of chronic virus infection,but also may lead to a new approach for clinical antiviral therapy.Here is to review the relationship between IFN-λs and antiviral treatment of HBV and HCV.
