摘要
清洁发展机制与国家鼓励政策的支持极大地推动了我国垃圾填埋气的资源化开发工作,但传统填埋处理方式下垃圾生物质资源损失量大、气相转化率与抽采效率低仍是制约我国垃圾填埋气规模性资源化开发的关键因素。在环境污染控制与垃圾填埋气资源化开发问题协调统一的前提下,大力推广渗滤液回灌为核心的垃圾填埋处理工艺,不断优化生物反应器填埋结构与作业方式,积极探索高效的垃圾填埋气抽排装置及合理布井方法,实现地方政府主动参与下的垃圾填埋气高效产出及资源化回收,成为促进我国垃圾填埋气规模性资源化开发的根本措施。
Clean development mechanism and national encouragement policies' support promote landfill gas resource development in China immensely. The traditional landfill method, which has a large amount of biomass loss, low landfill gas conversion and low drainage efficiency, is still the major restricting factor on the large scale development of landfill gas. On the premise of overall coordination between environmental pollution control and landfill gas utilization, achieving the high gas conversion and drainage efficiency of landfill gas with the active participation of local government by widely popularizing the landfill technology of leachate recirculation at the core, to optimize the landfill structure and operating mode constantly, and explore the efficient drainage device of landfill gas and spacing method of well reasonable. These are essential measures to the large scale development of landfill gas.
