摘要
在自行设计的固定吸附床上,研究了甘薯吸附剂对体积分数为95%的乙醇吸附脱水制燃料乙醇;重点考察了吸附过程中床层温度变化以及进床气速、床层高度、甘薯颗粒粒度等因素对透过曲线的影响,并结合床层温度变化给出了吸附波移动速度、传质区长度的计算方法,提出了甘薯固定吸附床对体积分数为95%的乙醇吸附脱水制燃料乙醇的工艺流程。
In the self-designed fixed bed, preparation of fuel ethanol by adsorption dehydration of 95% ethanol using sweet potato as adsorbent was studied. Temperature changes of fixed bed in the process of adsorption was measured, and the effects of superficial velocity into bed, bed height, particle size on the breakthrough carve were studied. Combined with the temperature changes in fixed bed, the calculation methods for traveling speed of adsorption wave, length of mass transfer area were given. Moreover, the process of preparation for fuel ethanol in fixed adsorption bed using sweet potato as adsorbent was put forward.
