摘要 选用低压阴离子交换色谱柱(LPAECcolumn),以1.4 mmo.lL-1Na2CO3和0.2 mmo.l L-1NaHCO3的混合溶液为洗脱液,将低压离子色谱与锑钼蓝离子缔合物分光光度法联用,建立了水体中磷酸盐、砷酸盐同时测定的新方法。在最优的实验条件下,磷酸盐(以P计)和砷酸盐(以As计)分别在5~200μg.L-1和5~150μg.L-1呈良好线性,检出限分别为1.54μg.L-1和3.26μg.L-1,相对标准偏差分别为2.14%和3.32%。采用此法对环境水样进行了分析,加标回收率分别为97.89%~102.5%和100.52%~106.79%。 A new method for the simultaneous determination of phosphate and arsenate in water combined low pressure ion chromatography and arsenoantimonomolybedenum blue method detected by spectrophotometry was described,which use Low Pressure ion Chromatography column and the select the mixture of 1.4 mmol/L sodium carbonate and 0.2 mmol/L sodium bicarbonate as the eluent.Under the optimized conditions,the calibration curves of Phosphate and Arsenate ions were linear in the range of 5~200 μg · L-1as P and 5~150 μg · L-1 as As,with a limit of detection of 1.54 μg · L-1 and 3.26 μg · L-1,respectively.Relative standard deviations(RSD)for Phosphate and Arsenate were less than 2.14% and 3.32%,respectively.Analysis Environmental water has been analyzed by this method,recovery ranges of Phosphate and Arsenate in the samples are 97.89%~102.5% and 100.52%~106.79%.
