摘要
负荷条件下对网架结构进行加固时,施工方案的选择对网架结构加固施工过程中的内力、变形有较大影响。论文结合某网架负荷加固工程,采用沿长向从两边向中间对称施工的加固施工方案。运用ANSYS有限元软件单元生死功能和焊接杆件施加等效温度荷载的方式,对该网架负荷加固施工全过程进行模拟。通过相应施工过程的应力、变形分析,确定了该施工方案的可行性与可靠性。
When an reinforcement was conducted on the grid and support structure with the power loaded,the selections of the construction plans would have high influences to the internal force and deformation in the reinforcement construction of the grid and support structures.In combination with the reinforcement project of the grid and supports with the power loaded,along the longitude symmetrical construction from the two ends to the middle was applied to the reinforcement construction plan.The element birth-death function of the ANSYS finite element software and the equivalent temperature load method with the welded bar was applied to simulate the full reinforcement construction process of the grid and support with the power loaded.With the stress and deformation analysis in the related construction process,the feasibility and reliability of the construction plan could be determined.
