摘要
参照一阶导数紫外分光光度法的原理 ,采用双波长测定法测定印染废水中的对苯二甲酸。相对标准偏差为 5 .7% ,回收率为 97.4%。方法极其简单、快速。此外 ,对苯二甲酸的含量水平可以表征水质情况及生化效果。
The procedures for the determination of terephthalic acid in dyeing waste water are described,TA is determined by referring to the principle of one step derivative ultra-violet spectrophotometry with dual-wave detection.Relative standard derivation is 5.7%,recovery is 97.4%.This method is very simple and fast.Besides,the level of TA represents the water quality and biochmical effect.
