摘要
通过企业调研,了解到企业在用人时最关心的是毕业生的敬业精神与责任心、团队精神、沟通能力,其次是毕业生的专业知识、专业技能。因此作为职业院校在人才培养时,在注重职业能力培养的同时,一定要把职业道德和职业能力放在同等重要的位置,提升毕业生的就业能力。
This paper through the enterprise survey,realize the enterprises first concern about graduates＇profes-sional dedication and sense of responsibility,team spirit,communication ability when in the employing,next is graduates＇professional knowledge and professional skills.So as the talents training in vocational colleges,in pay attention to professional ability training at the same time,must take the professional ethics and professional ability in the same important position,to improve the ability of the graduates employment.
