摘要
目前城镇居民和东部发达地区农村村民生活有了一定的保障,而在西部贫困地区,还存在着老无所养的严峻问题。通过对陕西富平山西村的调查发现,西部贫困地区养老问题面临一定的困境,由此提出了西部贫困地区养老模式的构想。
At present,urban residents and rural villagers in the eastern region live with assurance to a certain degree,yet in the poor western regions,there is no sufficient support to the old,hereafter serious problems arise.Through a village survey,researchers can explore the difficulties faced by the poor in western regions,and the reasons for retirement,and proposal to building a new model for the old-age people over western poverty-stricken areas.
