摘要
低钠血症在临床上容易被忽视,是临床最常见的电解质紊乱之一,现已明确为不良预后的标志。临床工作中虽然逐渐重视低钠血症,但临床医师在诊断各种低钠血症的准确性时依然不能确定。重视并准确有效地治疗可改善低钠血症的预后,而准确诊断是决定治疗方向的关键,如何准确诊断是低钠血症当今研究的重点。现就低钠血症的诊治进展进行综述。
Hyponatremia is one the most common electrolytes disturbances seen in clinics,yet often neglected,which is so far clearly determined as a mark of poor prognosis.Although attention has been gradually more paid in clinical practice to hyponatremia,the accuracy of diagnosis is still not sure.Accurate and effective treatment can improve the prognosis,and accurate diagnosis is the key to guide the treatment,so accurate diagnosis is the research focus currently.Here is to make a review on the progress of diagnosis and treatment of hyponatremia.
