摘要
研究以二氯丙醇(DCH)和氢氧化钠为原料制备环氧氯丙烷的反应精馏过程,考察反应温度、空时、原料配比和蒸汽量等因素对环氧氯丙烷收率的影响,结果表明:在管式反应器温度为50℃,空时为5 s,n(NaOH)∶n(DCH)=1.06∶1,n(水蒸气)∶n(DCH)=(3.8~4.2)∶1,反应精馏塔塔釜温度为(101±1)℃,塔顶温度为(89.5±0.5)℃的条件下,环氧氯丙烷收率在95%以上,反应精馏塔釜液甘油质量分数小于0.8%。
The reactive distillation for preparation of epoxy chloropropane from dichloropropanol and sodium hydroxide was studied. The influences of reaction temperature, space-time, ratio of raw materials and steam quantity on the yield of epoxy chloropropane were investigated. The results show that yield of epoxy chloropropane is above 95% and the mass fraction of glycerol in bottom liquid of reactive distillation tower is less than 0.8% under the conditions of temperature of tubular reactor 50 ℃, spacetime 5 s, n( NaOH ): n ( DEH ) = 1.06: 1, n ( water vapor) : n(DCH) = ( 3.8-4.2): 1, temperature of reactive distillation tower bottom ( 101 ± 1 ) ℃, top temperature ( 89.5 ±0.5) ℃.
