摘要
文章在对全国6所部属师范大学首届免费师范毕业生就业意向调查数据的基础上,结合免费师范生投身基础教育的个案访谈资料,从系统的角度入手,对完善免费师范生投身基础教育的制度系统、利益系统、情感系统和社会文化系统等进行了初步探讨,通过构建免费师范生投身基础教育的行为动力系统,提出一系列促进免费师范生投身基础教育的对策建议。
Through an analysis of the employment intention of the first tuition-free students from six normal universities directly under the administration of the Ministry of Education of China and the interviews with them about their intention for basic education, the paper analyzes the reasons of their employment intention from the perspective of systems theory and discusses their involvement in the basic education of China from the institutional, interest-related, emotional and socio-cultural perspectives, which may help promote such students to devote themselves to the basic education of China.
