摘要
目的:研究头孢西丁与4种止血药(酚磺乙胺、氨甲苯酸、安络血、氨基己酸)配伍的稳定性。方法:采用紫外分光光度法考察头孢西丁与上述4种止血药在6h内的含量变化情况。结果:在室温条件下,头孢西丁与酚磺乙胺在0～6h内含量(P>0.05)和外观稳定,但pH值有变化(P<0.05);与氨甲苯酸、安络血在0～4h内稳定(P>0.05);与氨基己酸配伍有变化(4h后P<0.05)。结论:头孢西丁在偏酸性条件下较稳定。
OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of cefoxitin with four kinds of hemostatic (etamsylate, aminome thylbenoic acid,adrenochromazone and aminocaproic acid).METHODS:Investigation of compatible content of cefoxitin with above mentioned four kinds of hemostatic by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.RESULTS:In the case of ambient temperature cefoxitin with etamsylate is in compatibility steady state both in compatible content and outward stability ( P > 0.05 ) within 6h;cefoxitin with aminomethylbenzoic acid or adrenochromazone is in compatibility steady state ( P > 0.05 ) within 4h;cefoxitin with aminocaproic acid varies in compatible content ( P < 0.05 ) after 4h.CONCLUSIONS:Cefoxitin is in compatibility steady state in case of acidity,but not in compatibility steady state in case of alkalinity.
