摘要
目的 研究早期进行系统康复治疗对膝关节周围骨折术后关节功能恢复的影响.方法：将在我院行手术治疗的膝关节周围骨折患者70例随机分为两组各35例,Ⅰ组患者从术后第二天起即给予早期康复治疗,Ⅱ组患者自行康复锻炼,观察两组患者术后的关节功能恢复情况.结果：两组关节功能的恢复效果相比存在显著差异P〈0.01.结论：系统早期康复治疗能够显著促进患者关节功能的恢复,值得推广.
Objective：To study the early rehabilitation treatment system for knee joint function recovery around fracture of influence. Methods： In our line of surgical treatment of around 70 cases of patients with fracture of the knee joint randomly divided into two groups,35 patients were Ⅱ groups of patients from the second day after that give up early rehabilitation, Ⅱ groups of patients to rehabilitation exercise,two groups of the post- operative observation joint function recovery. The results of two groups of joint function recovery than effect significantly different P 〈 0.01. Conclu- sion：The system early treatment can significantly improve patients recover joint function recovery,is worthy to be popularized.
