摘要
阐述了公立医院无序扩张可能带来的风险和不良后果,分析了产生这一现象的体制机制性根源,并从强化规划、加强监管、硬化预算约束、完善补偿机制等角度提出了控制公立医院无序扩张的政策建议。
We concluded the risk and bad result about out- of- order expansion of public hospital, and analyzed its institutional roots. In order to control the expansion of public hospital, policies such as enforced supervision, budget constraint and improved reimbursement should be enforced.
