摘要
以(S)-萘普生为原料,经酯化、硝酸酯化反应合成了萘普西诺,总收率39.9%,纯度99.1%,其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS确证。
Naproxcinod was synthesized from（S）-naproxen by esterification,then nitration in overall yield of 39.9% with purity 99.1%.The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR,IR and MS.
