摘要
案例教学法以其具象性、实证性的特点,在行政管理学课程教学中发挥它特有的功能作用,带来了教学模式的改变和教学效果的提升,实现了学生作为学习主体对于教学活动的积极参与,在师生之间建立起双向互动,为学生能力培养提供了又一条有效途径。但由于案例教学在我国起步较晚,在实际应用中尚存在种种问题与不足,因此需要不断探索,寻找对策,使其在教学实践中逐步改进与完善。
Case teaching mothod has the characteristics of concreteness and positivity. It works efficiently in the administration management course teaching because of its particular functions. It makes students participate the teaching activities actively as the main part of learning, build two way interaction between teachers and students and provide a useful way to enhance the students' abilities. But case teaching method was applied lately in China. There are many problems and shortcomings in practice. So we need to explore constantly and look for countermeasures to improve and perfect it through teaching practice.
