摘要 针对中频感应加热炉中多点温度检测并实时监控温度参数,降低直接使用PLC的使用成本,设计了基于WinCE嵌入式内核的多点温度采集系统,硬件采用ARM S3C6410的主处理器,高性能的处理器结构实现对数据的快速,精确处理,以实现多点温度采集的实时在线测量;运行WinCE操作系统平台上的控制软件完成温度参数的显示,存储和管理,提供了人机友好相互的操作界面,基于模块化的设计思想,降低了系统的复杂性,便于维护和更新,该系统能够在工业环境中进行多点温度采集,降低维护成本及初期产品投入成本,并提供可扩展功能便于日后开发维护,具有一定的经济效益和实用性。 Multipoint temperature collection system based on WinCE embedded kernel is designed,aiming at multi-point temperature measurement and real-time monitoring of temperature parameters in medium-frequency induction heating furnace,reducing the cost of using PLC directly.Its hardware uses main processor with ARM S3C6410,which realizes fast and accurate processing of data to achieve real-time on-line measurement of multipoint temperature collection;operating the control software of WinCE operating system platform to complete the display,storage and management of temperature parameters provides a friendly man-machine interface,based on the thought of modular design,reduces the complexity of the system,easies to maintain and update.The system can conduct multipoint temperature collection industrial environment,reduce maintenance costs and investment cost of initial products and provide extended functionality to facilitate the future development and maintenance,which has certain economic benefits and practicability.
