摘要
本文研究了第二代低碘鼠及其补碘后下丘脑 -垂体 -甲状腺轴激素的变化。结果发现 :①与正常对照组相比 ,低碘鼠血清T4、FT4 明显下降(p<0.01) ,而血清TRH明显升高(p<0.01) ,下丘脑TRH明显下降(p<0.01)。②低碘鼠补碘7周后与不补碘者相比 ,血清T4 明显升高(p<0.01) ,血清TRH明显下降(p<0.01)。提示长期低碘所致的大鼠甲低 ,补碘后可纠正这种甲低状态 ,甲状腺激素对下丘脑TRH的合成和释放起着负反馈调节作用。
The authors studied the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid axis changes in second-generation iodine-deprived wistar rats after iodine replenishment. The results showed:① Serum T4 and FT4 levels were significantly lower (p<0.01) and serum TRH levels were significantly higher (P<0.01) in iodine-deprived rats than those values in controls, the hypothalamic content of TRH was also markedly lower (P<0.01). ② After 7 weeks of iodine replenishment, serum T4 levels rose significantly (P<0.01) and serum TRH levels markedly decreased (P<0.01). These facts suggested that long term hypothyroidism could be ameliorated with iodine replenishment, thyroid hormones possessed a negative feed-back mechanism to the synthesis and release of TRH by hypothalamus.
