摘要
为了满足矿山的生产要求和实现空压机的节能降耗,以上位机组态软件为开发平台,采用可编程序控制器PLC为控制核心,设计了一套集远程控制和故障诊断预警于一身的空压机智能控制系统。对空压机的智能联控、故障诊断以及故障报警死区等关键性技术进行了研究和开发设计,实现了对空压机的远程集中控制、故障报警和设备故障诊断功能,提高了矿山生产的安全性和可靠性,降低了能源和成本消耗。
In order to meet the production requirements and implementation of mine air compressors' energy saving,using PC configuration software as the developing platform,and programmable controller PLC as the control core,design a set of intelligent control system set remote control and fault diagnosis of early warning in a body.Research and development design on air compressors' key technology like intelligent joint control,fault diagnosis and fault alarm deadband,realization of the air compressors' remote centralized control,fault alarm and fault diagnosis function,improve the mine production safety and reliability,and reduces the energy consumption and cost.
