摘要
采用超声弹性成像和有限元法,分析了不同乳腺组织模型的应变图,分别对不同弹性模量和不同硬度弹性图进行比较.结果表明:对于弹性模量较大的肿块,超声弹性成像技术在鉴别诊断上具有较高的应用价值,但对于硬度较大的良性病变和硬度较小的恶性病变,则有一定局限性.
Using ultrasound elastography method and finite element analysis to estimated the limitation of ultrasonic elastography(UE).The results of analysis indicate that elastogrphy is more suitable for stiff cancers than for soft cancers,and provide a theoretical basis for future research.The results of simulation indicate that UE will have a better clinical value in these tumors that have higher Young's modulus.
