摘要
介绍何立人教授从"血浊"论治心系疾病的临床经验。提出痰、瘀、毒、脉痹是其重要病理因素。其治疗要点有五:一是利湿泄浊,慎用大下之剂;二是用温药和之,不可过用辛燥;三是通利脉道,行气养血生津;四是脏腑同调,培土固肾为重;五是轻疏外邪,条达气机为度。并举病例1则以说明。
This article describes Professor He Liren＇ s clinical experience in the treatment of heart diseases based on the theory of ＂turbid blood＂. It expounds that phlegm, stasis, poison and vessel obstruction are important pathogenesis of heart diseases. The key points in the treatment are removing dampness and turbidity but cautious in purgation p^scription; taking mild herbs for harmony without overuse of pungent and dry medicine; promoting blood circulation, moving qi and nourishing yin, regulating Zang and Fu organs with emphasis on cultivating spleen to consolidate kidney; expelling wind-evil to regulate qi. One example is given to illustrate.
