摘要
在旋转轴动态扭矩测试中,针对精度低、通用性差等问题,提出了一种新型的容栅式扭矩传感技术。由于容栅传感器具有平均效应、采用了差动结构、并且分析了误差来源,进而提出了解决方案,使得这种传感装置抗干扰能力大大加强,能在恶劣环境中对扭矩进行非接触测量。实验结果证明,这种测试方法为旋转部件的扭矩测试提供了一种新的技术途径,还可推广应用于动力轴的转速、位移以及功率测试中。
Aiming at the problems such as low accuracy, poor universality and so on existed in dynamic torque measurement of rotating shaft, a new-type capacitive-bar torque sensing technology is presented. Because of the averaging effect of capacitive-bar sensor , a differential structure is adopted. The error sources is analyzed and the solutions are put forward. These solutions make the sensing devices have much more capability of resisting disturbance and ensure the non-contact measurement completed in the bad environment. Experimental results show that this technology provides a new idea to measure the torque of rotating shaft. It could also be applied to measure the rotation speed, displacement and power of line shaft.
