摘要
采用相关药理学方法分别测定小鼠嗜中性粒细胞体外葡萄球菌吞噬功能,腹腔巨噬细胞活性氧代谢,免疫器官胸腺及脾脏抗氧化功能及小鼠血清IgM及IgG含量。结果表明,夏塔热片合用其软膏能有效提高小鼠嗜中性粒细胞体外葡萄球菌吞噬功能(P<0.01),明显降低巨噬细胞受刺激时产生的多种活性氧(P<0.01),提高免疫器官抗氧化酶活性(P<0.01),抑制免疫器官脂质过氧化损伤(P<0.01),但对机体产生的抗体没有明显的影响(P>0.05)。说明夏塔热片合用其软膏能调节机体免疫功能。
The immunoregulatory effect of Xiatare Tablet combined with Xiatare Ointment (XT & O) was explored from the viewpoint of cellular immunity and humoral immunity. Staphylococcus Phagocytosis of staphylococci neutrophil in vitro, reactive oxygen species (ROS) activity of celiac macrophages, antioxidation activity of thymus and spleen, and serum contents of IgG and IgM in mice were examined by relevant pharmacological methods. Compared with the control group, phagocytosis of staphylococci by neutrophil was increased(P< 0.01 ),the ROS concentration in macrophages decreased(P< 0.01 ), the activity of antioxidant enzymes in thymus and spleen increased(P< 0.01 ),lipid peroxidase level in serum decreased(P< 0.01 ),and serum contents of IgG and IgM were not changed significantly (P> 0.05 )in the XT & O group. It is indicated that XT & O can modulate the immune function in mice.
