摘要
采用薄层层析法对大黄中游离态和结合态蒽醌类成分进行分离,并用薄层扫描法测定其含量,同时考察了游离态蒽醌类成分在酸性水溶液中的稳定性以及不同酸度对结合蒽醌水解的影响。
To separate the free state and the combining state anthraquinones by TLC and to determine their contents by TLC scanning. To study on the stability of free state anthraquinones and the affect of the hydrolysis of combining state anthraquinones in the solution of different acidity.
