摘要
20世纪80年代以来,社会主义新农村建设得到包括学术界在内的广泛关注。新农村建设是一个包括经济与文化在内的全面、综合、科学的范畴。然而在新农村建设的实践过程中,仍然存在各种困难。农业高校图书馆不仅可以发挥公共图书馆的职能,并且其特有的专业优势可以促进新农村建设的发展。
Since the 80th in 20 century, the building of a social rural area is wildly concerned including the academic area. The building of a social rural area is a full, comprehensive and scientific category except for economic and cultural. But in fact, there are various difficulties in the progress of the building of a new social rural area. Thus, the agricultural university library not only plays the roles like the common libraries, but makes its specific advantages to promote the building of a new social rural area.
