摘要
用癸二酸、己二酸部分取代丁二酸,通过熔融、溶液相结合的聚合方法,得到两者一系列共聚物。选用PBS、20%癸二酸取代丁二酸的共聚物P(BS-co-BA)和20%己二酸取代丁二酸的共聚物P(BS-co-BE)作为样品,在土壤悬浮液中进行降解,通过降解前后的失重率变化以及薄膜表面的形貌变化对试验结果进行表征。结果表明:扩链前后PBS,P(BS-co-BA)和P(BS-co-BE)均具有一定的生物降解性能,大小顺序均为P(BS-co-BE)>P(BS-co-BA)>PBS,但扩链后聚合物的降解性能略低于扩链前的聚合物。
A series of copolymers were prepared with sebacic acid and adipic acid partial replacement of succinate by the polymerization method of combination of melt and solution.Selecting PBS,P(BS-co-BA) and P(BS-co-BE) as samples,the samples were degraded in the soil suspension,and then the experimental results were characterized through comparing the change in weight loss and surface morphology before and after degradation.The results show that: PBS,P(BS-co-BA),P(BS-co-BE) can be degraded before and after chain extender,and then the degradation rate decreases as follows: P(BS-co-BE)P(BS-co-BA)PBS;and the degradation of polymer after chain extension is slightly lower than that of polymer before chain extension.
