摘要
本文主要对TA15钛合金管材在不同温度下矫直后对管材平直度和表面质量的影响进行了研究。通过研究表明,选择合适的矫直辊转速、矫直辊倾角、压下量和弯曲量,能够研制出满足相关技术标准要求的管材。
Influence on TA15 titanium alloy tube straightness and surface quality when it was straightened in different temperature has been syudied in this article.It shows that selecting suitable r/m of straightening roll、tilting angle of straightening roll、reduction and bending force,the TA15 titanium alloy tube conforming to relative technological standard can be produced.
