摘要
本文对吸入聚氯乙烯等燃烧烟雾后患者血氧分压改变进行分析,发现血氧分压改变与烟雾接触时间和浓度呈明显的剂量一效应关系,而与性别、年龄、工龄及激素的应用无明显相关。认为动态观察血氧分压值,对烟雾吸入患者有一定临床意义。
Changes of PO_2 after fire smoke inhalation in subway (prevalently, PVC combustion) were observed. A dose-response relationship between the exposure time or concentration and the changes of PO_2 (P<0.05) was established. The time and concentration of exposure were in negative correlation to the PO_2 level decrease (r=-0.5749). There was no correlation among the changes of PO_2 and sex, age, working-age in subway and treatment of prednisone. It was considered that dynamic observation of changes of PO_2 might have clinical significance.
