摘要
通过成分优化试验、熔炼工艺、浇注工艺、埋箱工艺、打箱、清理工艺、热处理工艺等项研究,及试验相关数据的收集、整理、分析,确定了规模化生产方案。将试验、生产的高强度合金蠕墨铸铁勺头产品投入工业性试验,在准3.6 m×4.0 m磨机湿磨条件下应用,寿命达5个月以上。产品使用效果良好,达到了预期研究目的。
The spoon head in compacted graphite cast iron was produced based on the optimization test of composition,and foundry technology study concerning smelting,buried box casting process,shake out and clean technology and heat treatment technology.The scale production plan was determined by analysis of the test data.Products with good effect were proved by the industrial test,and the result achieved the expected purpose.
