摘要
收集早、中、晚期口腔黏膜下纤维性变(oral submucous fibrosis,OSF)组织各10例及正常的口腔颊黏膜组织5例,采用免疫组化SABC法对各种组织中的HGF及c-met的表达情况进行检测。结果显示在正常的口腔颊黏膜组织中HGF和c-met呈阳性表达,早、中、晚期OSF组织中表达明显降低(P<0.05)。说明HGF/c-met在OSF组织中表达受到抑制,促进了OSF的发病。
The immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression and distribution of HGF and c-met in 5 heathy controllers and 30 cases of oral submucous fibrosis(OSF).The positive expression of HGF and c-met was found in normal oral mucosa and a significant decrease of the expression was observed in early,intermediate and advanced stages of OSF(P0.05).Reduction of HGF and c-met expression may contribute to the pathogenesis of OSF.
