应用OSFE技术行上颌窦底黏膜提升同期种植的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨不植骨的骨凿上颌窦底提升技术(OSFE)在牙槽嵴重度萎缩(当RBH<8 mm)的上颌后牙区种植方案中应用的可能性。方法:收集既往于本院施行不植骨骨凿上颌窦底提升技术的病例资料,观察上颌窦底黏膜提升术后同期种植体植入后的临床疗效。结果:观察期内通过OSFE技术在34位患者植入种植体42颗。术前X线片测量的平均余留牙槽嵴高度(RBH)7.41 mm,新骨平均生成高度为2.22 mm,现窦底提升区域有新骨形成的比例为92.3%。种植体植入术后随访观察3~39个月,种植牙成功率100%。结论:使用OSFE技术行上颌窦底黏膜提升不植骨的术式可取得较好的临床效果。 Objective: To assess the clinical results of a modified osteotome sinus floor elevation(OSFE) technique without grafting material for dental implantation in patients with alveolar ridge atrophy.Methods: 34 patients with the alveolar ridge height(RBH) less than 8 mm underwent OSFE without grafting material for dental implantation,the clinical data were collected and analyzed.The RBH was measured on panoramic film before and after surgery.Results: The 34 patients had 42 dental implants implanted.The average RBH was 7.41 mm before operation and 6.87 mm after operation.All implants were clinical sucessful during the observation period of 3 to 39 months.Conclusion: OSFE technique without bone grafting materials may be used in sinus floor elevation for dental implantation in patients with alveolar ridge atrophy.
