Readers are the starting-point and destination of brary＇s life and development. To construct a harmonious library, a it library＇s all work. Readers management concerns the library＇s life and development. To construct a harmonious library, it is necessary to establish the idea of humanistic care in its management so as to actually put heart and soul into the service for the readers.
