摘要
在正常生产的Q345D成分基础上不添加Nb、Ti,适当调整C、Mn含量,通过采用粗轧道次压下率15%~20%、待温晾钢时温度>1 000℃、待温厚度为成品厚度的2.5~4倍、中间快冷返红温度<950℃、精轧开轧温度830~860℃、精轧前2道次变形率控制在10%左右、精轧后几道次变形率≥15%、精轧总累计变形率>60%、终轧温度800~830℃、返红温度660~700℃、冷速4~7℃/s等控制轧制+控制冷却生产工艺,可获取综合质量优异的Q345D(E)Z35钢板,实现了降成本不降质量的目标。
To keep the normal chemical composition of Q345D steel,but don't add Nb、Ti,and adjust properly the content of C、Mn,through adopting a series of TMCP processes,such as,rough rolling reduction rate was 15% ~ 20%,the temperature of steel was higher than 1 000 ℃ during holding delay,the thickness of steel during holding delay is 2.5 to 4 times of that of the finished steel,the intermediate fast cooling re-reddening temperature was lower than 950 ℃,the start rolling temperature of finishing rolling was 830 ℃ to 860 ℃,the deformation rate of the first two passes during the finishing rolling was about 10% and the deformation rate of the last few passes was not lower than 15%,the total deformation rate was higher than 60%,the finishing rolling temperature was 800 ℃ to 830 ℃,the re-reddening temperature was 660 ℃ to 700 ℃,the cooling rate was 4 ℃/s to 7 ℃/s,obtains Q345D(E)Z35 plate that has outstanding synthetic quality,moreover achieves the goal of reducing the production cost without lowering the quality.
