换向器压圈、套筒的小端Ｕ型面形状复杂，尺寸精度要求高，其加工设备是从日本进口的Ｂ８２数控车床。文章介绍其加工编程难点的分析。
The shape of commutator follower and U face of sleeve small end is complicate, and of high dimension accuracy demand. The machining equipment B82 NC lathe is imported form Japan. Analysis on machining program diffiulty is introduced.
